This website was created, owned and operated by Palma & Silvestre – Ideias e Produções, Lda., established at Avenida Marquês de Pombal, 524, warehouse 29, 2715-128, Sabugo, Portugal and registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Cascais under number 513891609, (hereinafter referred to as “FITTO”), its use being governed by these Terms of Use.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
The user of the website (“User”) acknowledges that by using this website he is accepting these Terms of Use.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
FITTO reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to modify, add, update or eliminate, partially or totally, these Terms of Use. The User should periodically check the page of these Terms of Use to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made. In general, the User must use the website in a responsible, prudent and careful manner, and must not disturb or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of the resources and functionalities of the same. Not all product images posted on the website correspond to FITTO products or products for sale in its stores. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
At FITTO DESIGN we offer our customers quality and sustainable products, through partnerships with suppliers who share the same ideal. Before we send our products to you, they are subjected to a strict quality control so that your satisfaction is total. Even so, in case you are not satisfied or regret the purchase, follow our Exchange and Return policy, written in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.
PRODUCT RETURN FOR DISSATISFACTION AND REPENTANCE
If you received the FITTO product and were not satisfied or regretted the purchase, your return request must be made by e-mail: info@fittodesign.eu, within the deadline of 14 (fourteen) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, stating the reason for the request and its details (name, telephone, invoice). The conditions detailed below must be respected:
- Presentation of the purchase tax document;
- The product must be complete, with the original packaging (even though the packaging has been opened and the furniture assembled), including instruction manual and supplements.
FITTO will arrange for the goods to be picked up at the place where it was delivered. The freight cost for returning the goods is entirely at FITTO’s expense.
VALUE REFUND
The value of the returned product, including the freight referring to it, will be refunded according to the payment method used in your purchase. It is important to remember that the refund of the values will only occur after the receipt of the returned product and analysis of its conditions by the FITTO team. For purchases made by credit card, the chargeback is made by the card administrator as a credit on the buyer’s next invoice, which may vary according to the expiration date of your card. We remind you that this procedure is under the responsibility of the credit card company.
For purchases made by bank transfer the deposit for the value of the returned product will be made in your checking account in approximately 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the furniture in our distribution center.
SPARE PARTS FOR TECHNICAL DEFECT OF THE PRODUCT
If you purchased a FITTO product and found a manufacturing defect in any part, in the raw material or damage caused by the delivery transport, you can request the replacement of parts, repair or exchange of the product, whenever the product is within the warranty period offered by the company. The recognition of a defect is always and necessarily after analysis of photos, which must be sent together with the replacement request, which is a mandatory condition for authorization of a warranty replacement.
Important: If a manufacturing defect is found in a product under warranty, the company reserves the right to provide for the exchange, under the terms and within 30 days provided for by the Consumer Protection Code.
Your request for replacement of a product under warranty must always be made by e-mail to info@fittodesign.eu, stating the reason for the request and your data (name, phone, invoice, CPF).
VALUE REFUND
If a defect in the product is found, in the impossibility of carrying out the repair or replacement of the part within 30 days from the date of the claim, the customer may opt for the cancellation of the purchase and full refund of the amounts paid.
In this situation, freight, delivery and return costs are not charged.

WARRANTY TERMS
From the production of multilaminated plywood to packaging, FTTO is always committed to delivering the best experience for you!
Therefore, if there is any problem with your FITTO product, you can count on the 90-day warranty, counting from the delivery of the products.
This warranty is related to defects in manufacturing, raw material or transportation.
The warranty does not cover:
Wear on the finish, parts and/or parts damaged by intense use or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions (bad weather, humidity, salt air, cold and heat);
Misuse, improper efforts, or use other than that proposed by the company for each product. Defects or wear and tear caused by institutional use for products that are not explicitly indicated for this purpose;
Problems caused by assembly in violation of the instruction manual, or related to adaptations or changes made to the product;
Problems related to inadequate conditions of the place where the product was installed, including uneven floors, the presence of excessive humidity, weak walls etc;
Mistreatment, carelessness, cleaning or maintenance in disagreement with the instructions given by the company;
Damage caused by accidents, falls, accidents, attacks by pests or agents of nature;
FITTO reserves the right to respond to all replacements within a maximum period of 30 days, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
VALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
If any part or provision of these Terms of Use is not enforceable or is in conflict with applicable law, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions will not be affected.

APPLICABLE LAW
The Portuguese law applies to the management, administration, use and application of the Website Terms of Use.
COMPETENT FORUM
To resolve all issues and disputes that may arise, inherent to these Terms and Conditions, the jurisdiction of the Cascais District is exclusively competent, with express waiver of any other.
FITTO reserves the right to change the general, technical and aesthetic characteristics, or to make improvements to its products at any time, without incurring the obligation to make the same in the products in stock or already sold.
